Orders are usually shipped the same day as they are placed and delivered within 1 to 5 business days thereafter depending on your shipping destination. |

Can I ship my order to an address other than my billing address? |

Yes, during checkout, you will have the option to enter a "Shipping Address". We DO NOT ship to PO boxes, APO addresses and addresses outside the USA. All UPS orders will REQUIRE a signature for delivery confirmation. |

Unused product in the original packaging and condition may be returned by mail within 14 days of delivery.-Before returning merchandise you must contact our Customer Service to receive authorization. We cannot accept returns without our authorization. To obtain authorization, please call our Customer Service at 631-569-2012 between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time). |

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment. Original shipping charges are not refundable. |

All returns must be accompanied by the original packing slip, date of authorization, and the name of the customer service representative that you spoke with. Please note on the packing slip the reason for the return. |

Your credit card will be refunded for the price of the items returned, once they have been received in our store. |

We are not responsible for lost or stolen returns. We recommend mailing the return by UPS or another carrier that provides tracking services. |

| When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Customer Service and we will be happy to assist you. |
